No, games come with disc anti-burn software on it and may be hard to burn with just Nero.
Also, it’s illegal.
If you still want to just search the web on how to burn it. But it may take a while.
Just bootleg it from canada.

You sure can you just need a DVD burner. However you should burn it at a low speed. Say 2x or 4x to make sure that it copies correctly since you will not want to have to re rent it again.
However after that is done you still need to get your Wii to play the disk. After looking around I seen lots of people saying you needed to get a mod chip but that is all bull.
I found this guide a couple of days ago and it shows how to play copied Wii games without even opening up your console or voiding the warranty.
You might be able to find the info around the web. However I ran across a guide the other day and decided to take the safe route since it is guaranteed. The whole process took about 30 minutes.
